Slachtofferhulp Nederland, a non-profit organization, partnered with Kaliber to overcome recruitment challenges and redefine their brand identity. The project aimed at attracting suitable volunteers, paid workers, and interns who align with the organization’s values. The task was to make Slachtofferhulp’s work more accessible to potential candidates and eliminate the perceived barriers. Kaliber, leveraging its expertise in branding, digital product design, web development, and content marketing, crafted a unique Employer Value Proposition (EVP) revolving around the concept of ‘attention’ – an invaluable commodity in the non-profit sector.
The result was a personalized recruitment platform that focused on the essence of Slachtofferhulp’s work – providing help after a traumatic event. The platform not only showcased the value and accessibility of working with Slachtofferhulp but also seamlessly integrated with the ‘Emply’ ATS system for a smooth application process. The platform’s content, managed through the headless CMS Sanity, effectively bridged the gap between the organization and potential candidates, making Slachtofferhulp more approachable and appealing as an employer.
