Ophtec, a pioneer in tackling visual impairments, embarked on a journey to enhance its customer experience through a new digital strategy and lead generation platform. The challenge was to translate the brand’s ambitious growth strategy into a digital platform that would meet its current and future needs.
Initially, the existing strategy and platform of Ophtec were analyzed. Based on this, a digital strategy was designed, taking into account Ophtec’s ambitions and growth strategy. The role of the digital platform in achieving these objectives was then determined. The digital channel objectives, the prerequisites for taking a digital leap forward, and the way to fill in the brand and visual identity were made concrete.
Based on Ophtec’s needs, a suitable digital platform was chosen that aligns with the digital strategy now and in the future. All these requirements were translated into a complete custom HubSpot CMS from the strategy. In addition to the CMS, the Marketing and CRM module of HubSpot were also implemented, enabling Ophtec to utilize all the possibilities that a central platform offers.
