In recent years, Mepal has experienced significant growth, primarily focusing on brand development and expansion through digital channels. The challenge was to maximize the potential of these digital marketing channels while maintaining control over their management and optimization. Mepal sought strategic assistance to make the right decisions to elevate their digital marketing to the next level.
To address this, we first helped Mepal establish a digital team capable of pursuing e-commerce objectives at both operational and tactical levels. Following this, strategic sessions were held to make decisions based on our DNZ maturity model, including organizational structure and tool selection.
